Beauty | BH Cosmetics Haul

** All prices are in US Dollars
I have been a fan of BH Cosmetics since coming across the site to purchase the Shaaanxo - 18 Color Eyeshadow & Lipstick Palette (US$11.00). I have since been building a list of products I wanted to buy and when an email landed in my inbox for free shipping and a gift with any purchase over $25 I jumped on it.

BH Cosmetics have such a wide range of products for such an affordable price, and even the shipping is cheap! The quality of each product I have received has been very impressive too.
So I will share with you the products that I picked up on my most recent haul.

7 Piece Brush Set - Eye Essential (US$10.00)
This seven piece set includes a blending brush (101), a large shader brush (102), a small shader brush (103), an angled blending brush (104), a pencil brush (105), a fine liner brush (106) and a small angled brush (107). These brushes are made up of high-quality synthetic and natural hair. As this range includes seven brushes, it allows for many options to help create a variety of eye looks. One bonus I found with these brushes is that they are very easy to clean didn't take too long to dry. This set would be perfect for a beginner looking to try makeup brushes, but not wanting to pay a fortune for a set.

Highlighter Brush - Brush 11 (US$3.50)
This brush offers ultra soft bristles in a lovely rounded shape to help apply highlighter onto your cheekbones and brow area. While I still prefer my current highlighter brush, this will still get used. This brush would be a perfect brush for someone starting their brush collection.

5 Piece Brush Set - Face Essential (US$12.00)
This set is made up of five brushes for applying cosmetics to your face. The set includes a powder brush (108), a duo fiber brush (109), a contour brush (110), a foundation brush (111) and a concealer brush (112). All brushes in this set are synthetic hairs and cruelty-free. This set contains everything you need to create a flawless face. I'm currently using the powder brush to apply my mineral powder that I'm wearing during the day, and it's providing great results. This set would be perfect for travel.

BH Liquid Lipstick – Long-Wearing Matte Lipstick - Clara, Muse and Tabitha (US$8.50 each)
So the trend for matte lipstick is huge at the moment, and I already have a few in my collection, I thought I would pick up these three colours to try - Clara, Muse and Tabitha. The first thing I noticed was how different the colours were from the pictures online when unboxing. Clara and Muse are my favourites out of the three, Tabitha was very intense and not my go to shade so I will save it for when I wear a full face of makeup. I found I needed to moisturise my lips more than usual to get this product to last the day. As the description says, it is a long wearing, full coverage formula that dries to a soft matte finish. These a great addition to boost your collection and they come in 17 shades, so there are plenty of colours for you to choose from.

Waterproof Lip Liner - Petal and Earth (US$4.50)
These lip liners are incredible! I got two lip liner - Petal and Earth - to go with my matte lipsticks. Once again the colours did vary from the pictures, but that's to be expected, like most coloured products purchased online. A great tip is to do a quick google search of the shade, and that will bring up photos of people trying the shade. Both liners have excellent pigment and a waterproof, so they don't rub off while eating and drinking. Each lip liner contains Jojoba seed oil and vitamin E which helps them stay perfect on your lips all day. There are 15 shades to choose from, and there is a colour to match most shades of lipstick. Overall a great product at a fantastic price.

Illuminate By Ashley Tisdale - Illuminating Shimmer - Shimmering Sand (US$7.50) and Illuminate By Ashley Tisdale - Illuminating Shimmer - Beach Bum (US$7.50)
This buildable baked powder adds the perfect glimmer of shimmer for summer. These shimmers warm your skin tone while illuminating and contouring your features. Easy to apply and blend and buff leaving a beautiful glow that isn't too intense. There are two shades available, and I got both as one seemed better suited to summer and the other better suited to winter.

And my gift was 1 x Brush 12 - Blending Brush, 1 x Enhancing Eyes Palette - Beautiful Brown Eyes and 1 x BH Liquid Eyeliner - Black valued at US$16.00 (on sale) which I don't have any photos of as I passed it along to my best friend.
While there were a few misses with these products, mainly the colour differences, I think for the price these cosmetic are great.
